- Verify your business by uploading registration documents (required to publish jobs)
- Post your first job using AI Job Description Generator or write manually
- Review applicants sorted by AI match score
Posting Jobs
- AI can generate a complete JD from a few keywords
- Set salary range, location, headcount, experience requirements
- Jobs go through a quick review before publishing (typically < 24 hours)
Reviewing Candidates
- Applications are sorted by AI Match Score by default
- Filter by score threshold (≥85 = Strong, ≥70 = Good, etc.)
- View AI-generated summary, skills match, gaps, and suggested interview questions
- Move candidates through stages: Submitted → Viewed → In Conversation → Interviewing → Offer → Hired
Billing
- View your wallet balance and transaction history at /company/billing
- Top up via USDT, wire transfer, or card payment (Stripe/PayPal)
- Plan upgrades unlock higher quotas (AI calls, jobs, applications)
