Company Guide

Getting Started

  1. Register your company with email + verification code
  2. Verify your business by uploading registration documents (required to publish jobs)
  3. Post your first job using AI Job Description Generator or write manually
  4. Review applicants sorted by AI match score

Posting Jobs

  • AI can generate a complete JD from a few keywords
  • Set salary range, location, headcount, experience requirements
  • Jobs go through a quick review before publishing (typically < 24 hours)

Reviewing Candidates

  • Applications are sorted by AI Match Score by default
  • Filter by score threshold (≥85 = Strong, ≥70 = Good, etc.)
  • View AI-generated summary, skills match, gaps, and suggested interview questions
  • Move candidates through stages: Submitted → Viewed → In Conversation → Interviewing → Offer → Hired

Billing

  • View your wallet balance and transaction history at /company/billing
  • Top up via USDT, wire transfer, or card payment (Stripe/PayPal)
  • Plan upgrades unlock higher quotas (AI calls, jobs, applications)
