1. Truthfulness Obligations
Companies
- Must be a legally registered entity with valid documentation
- Job postings must be truthful, lawful, and clear
- Prohibited:
- False positions, fake salary ranges
- Discriminatory criteria (race, gender, age, religion, disability, etc.)
- Charging applicants any fees (deposits, training, equipment, medical, etc.)
- Postings for illegal industries (gambling, fraud, MLM, adult content)
- Companies bear full legal responsibility for posted content
Candidates
- Submit truthful identity and resume information
- Do not fabricate education, employment history, or certifications
- No spam applications or harassment
2. Platform Review
We review:
- Company verification documents before allowing job posts
- Each job posting before publishing (typically < 24 hours)
- Reports of suspected violations (within 24 hours)
We retain job postings and resume records for 3 years per applicable law.
3. AI Decision Notice
Our AI features (matching, parsing, recommendations) are decision-support tools. Final hiring/application decisions rest with human users. Per Article 22 GDPR and similar laws, you may request human review of any AI evaluation.
4. Reporting Violations
Found inappropriate content or behavior? Report via:
- In-app: 🚩 button on every job, resume, or message
- Email: Not disclosed yet
- Authorities (US): EEOC for discrimination, FTC for fraud
5. Platform Disclaimers
We are not liable for:
- Disputes between candidates and employers
- Failed offers, terminated employment, or wage disputes
- Third-party service failures
- User-supplied content accuracy
6. Data Retention & Compliance
- Job postings, applications, AI logs retained 3 years
- We comply with valid legal requests (court orders, regulatory subpoenas)
7. Updates
Updates to this Notice take effect 7 days after publication.
