Getting Started

1. Sign up with your email or phone number
2. Complete your profile: name, city, expected salary range, years of experience
3. Create a resume: upload PDF (AI will parse it automatically) or fill in manually
4. Browse jobs and apply with one click

How AI Matching Works

When you apply, our AI evaluates your fit against the job across:

• Skills match
• Experience relevance
• Industry alignment
• Seniority level
• Location preference

You'll see your match score (0-100) and a recommendation level (Strong / Good / Partial / Poor Match).

Privacy

• Your phone number is hidden from companies by default. Toggle visibility in Profile.
• Companies only see your full resume after you apply.
• You can withdraw an application at any time before an offer is extended.
