ZhiZhao Terms of Service

By using ZhiZhao ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
- You must be 18+ to create an account (16+ with guardian consent for candidates)
- Provide accurate, current, complete information
- Companies must provide valid business registration documents
- One person/entity per account; do not share accounts
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post false or misleading job listings
- Discriminate based on protected categories (race, gender, age, disability, etc.)
- Charge applicants any fees (deposits, training, etc.)
- Post jobs for illegal industries (gambling, fraud, MLM, adult, etc.)
- Falsify resume information or work history
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
3. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job posts)
- You grant ZhiZhao a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and process your content for matching purposes
- We do NOT use your content to train third-party AI models
4. AI Decision-Making Notice
Per applicable law (e.g., GDPR Art. 22, CCPA), AI outputs are decision-support tools, not automated decisions. Final hiring decisions rest with human recruiters. You may request human review of any AI evaluation.
5. Fees and Payment
- Free tier: limited features, no credit card required
- Paid plans: monthly or annual, auto-renewing unless cancelled
- Payments processed securely via Stripe / PayPal / USDT
- Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase if no significant usage
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows announced in advance.
7. Termination
- You may close your account at any time
- We may suspend/terminate accounts violating these Terms
- Data retention: 30 days post-closure for normal accounts; longer if required by law
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZhiZhao is not liable for:
- Disputes between candidates and employers
- Lost wages, missed opportunities, or other indirect damages
- Third-party service failures (payment, email, hosting)
- User-supplied content accuracy
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes notified 30 days in advance via email and in-app banner.
